You can apply lipstick with a lip brush, but most people just apply the lipstick from the tube. It can be matte, which means its not glossy, it can be gloss, shiny, or creamy. All you do is take the wand that comes in the tube and run it through your eyelashes from the base to the tips. It is very simple and will make your eyes pop. Mascara: is something to darken your eyelashes and make them longer and thicker. Can be applied with pencil or angled brush. I suggest looking up tutorials for tight lining on youtube or google. You know how you put eyeliner on your waterline sometimes? You do that except on your upper waterline under your eyelashes. If you are not good at eyeliner on your lid, I suggest Tight lining. You mostly put it on your eyelid and run it on the eyelid above your eyelashes at the base of them. It can come in gel form, pencil form, and cream form. 7: Eyeliner: Eyeliner is meant to line your eyes. Can be applied with fingers, sponge brush, eyeshadow brush, and lots of different brushes.
